font-family: 宋体; box-sizing: border-box !important;">月份，我们方案制定完毕后，按既定目标方案开始发动公立学校学生参加比赛，马上我们发现了一个大问题：由于教育部的规定，在北京是执行的最严的，我们没有主管部门的资源没办法像外地的很多机构一样联合教委或者团委下文件支持，所以只能靠市场人员陌生拜访。怎么进学校，让学校参加我们组织的比赛？因为头一次组织这样的大型比赛，我们也没有经验。我们发现，我们市场人员带着文件和资料，连公立学校的门都进不去。即便进去之后，找校长谈完，效果也是不佳的，因为关工委的文件，对于学校来说是没有直属关系的，所以，学校是可以不承认的。那怎么办？？针对出现的这种问题，着实让我们很头疼，但第一次这样的活动，就这么不了了之，我们心有不甘。问全国组委会，组委会说，这是正常的，但是很多机构是进到公立学校了。于是重新收集问题，重新制定进公立学校的方案。在有了第一次的不足和教训，我们市场人员，从我校的老生开始，梳理出来目标学校的副校长、德育主任，英语组长等作为我们的主攻目标，于是我们发现，这一次我们轻松进入到很多学校，组织到很多学生报名。即便没有马上答应的或者在犹豫的学校，在我们坚持不懈的努力下，也或多或少的组织到学生参加。所以，第一次比赛，我们就成功的谈下了全北京</span>110<span style="max-width: 100%;
