font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">1.孩子在补习以后成绩未提：很多机构在孩子1对1之后，会出现孩子没有提高成绩的情况，那么当与孩子报名单科没有提成绩，应该怎么做？提到一点，我们这个机构在孩子入学时会为孩子做整体授课计划书，上头涉及到阶段性计划，可能第一阶段更多是提高孩子学习习惯和学习兴趣，所以在前期孩子成绩未提高的情况下，那么就可以拿计划书说事， 这里提到一个比较重要的一点，就是咨询人员在签单的时候，一定要给自己留下余地，话不要说太满，把咱们学校放在一个安全的位置上，如果说孩子在补习之后没有一个有效的提升，那么家长过来找事时，可能就会这么和家长解释：第一阶段先培养孩子学习习惯和兴趣，然后再提升学能和学习成绩。如果前期学校未提及到上面话术，就只能说先从孩子的学习习惯抓起，和家长谈及的时候，更多从孩子来到学校之后习惯上和学习上的的变化来说，让家长增加对咱们学校的信心。</span></span></p><p style="clear: both; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">2.孩子在补习的时候成绩有良好的提升：在新开的机构当中可能会遇到一些问题，在孩子成绩提升和没有提升，没有良好、有效的话术与家长沟通。如果在孩子在补习的时候成绩有良好的提升应该怎么做？分一下话术和家长沟通：a.孩子的学习成绩有提升，但是成绩提升也有波动期，这段时间要抓紧孩子的学习，不能因为孩子暂时提升咱们就放松警惕，这里抓紧消耗孩子的课时。b.趁着孩子学习成绩进步，信心提起来，我建议家长把孩子其它弱科也作一对一补习。（这里也就是咱们说的扩科问题）</span></span></p><p style="clear: both; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">二、孩子在报名时候有涉及到单科或多科的情况（这里提到报名多科就是咱们的重点客户，应当重点照顾），关于多科也涉及到一下三个问题：</span></span></p><p style="clear: both; text-indent: 37px;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62); font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;"><br></span></span></p><p style="clear: both; text-indent: 37px;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62); font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">1.全科都未提分，那么应该通过怎样的话术和家长沟通？报名多科时，例如初三的学生，报100课时，4科，那么每科就是25课时，如果说全科未提分，那么就会这么和家长说，因为孩子的每科只有25课时，在比较短暂的时间内，补习科目较多，孩子压力大，难以全部吸收，各科都是浅尝则止，建议孩子先缩一下科，补单科或两科，在咱们这边对孩子比较有把握的，比如孩子原来英语成绩不错，那么建议孩子先学英语和语文，之后重点抓住孩子的学习成绩，让教务老师跟踪到这个孩子，然后让家长慢慢树立起对咱们机构的信心。</span></span></p><p style="clear: both; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">2.单科提分。例如报了4科，英语提分了，但是数学、物理、化学没有一个有效的提分，那么遇到这种情况应该如何与家长沟通？如果说英语单科提分，与家长沟通的过程这么说：孩子单科学习兴趣有所提升，其它学科可能老师和孩子不匹配及时调换老师，促进孩子学习习惯和兴趣的养成。提到换老师这里需要重点强调一下，因为家长在报多科的同时，咱们肯定不是用最好的老师，同时给学生配四门学科，肯定是强弱交加的情况，如果学生出现单科提分，建议在接下来的一阶段，用最好的老师将孩子的兴趣和能力培养起来，这么一个大客户我们也是不想流失的。</span></span></p><p style="clear: both; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">3.多科提分。所有的科目都提分，可能在聚能教育里面（呼市总校里），也涉及到孩子报了四科，四科都有提分，之后教务老师就没事干了，还挺高兴的给校长、领导汇报时（说）孩子提分挺不错的，但是之后就再没有什么动作，孩子在提分后，也有经历过波动稳定后，就会出现不在续费的问题，所以多科提分给大家一些建议：a、可以给家长建议，说孩子现在基础非常不错，基本能跟上，建议上班课，但是咱们这边的班课孩子的水平和咱们的孩子不太一样，建议带同班同学过来，组相应的小班，咱们还能给相应的优惠，现阶段这个对孩子来说比较适合（转介绍就在这里发生了）。b、跟家长说孩子现在可能有些浮躁，孩子的成绩不是真的提升了，现在可能遇到基础问题可以解决掉，但时遇到中考题难题，重难点可能还是把握不住，这时候家长肯定就是不太信任我们的，这个时候要做的工作，我们要准备整理奥数和中考题中比较难的题让孩子做，孩子一做可能连60分都达不到，然后在这种情况下可以和家长非常有效沟通，就说孩子已经出现咱们想象中的一些问题有些飘，有些浮躁、有些骄傲，重难点的题型见的还是不多，这个时候建议抓孩子中高难度的题，课还是不能停。还是要继续跟踪和加强重难点的知识。</span></span></p><p style="clear: both; font-family: 微软雅黑, 'Microsoft YaHei'; font-size: 16px;"><span style="line-height: 25px;">其实针对大部分城市当中，这两点已经是单科和多科提分，个人觉得比较有效的办法。但是针对呼市的情况，呼市少数民族比较多，在北京的朋友可能知道，听说过北京的民大附中，在这边也涉及到这样的一个孩子，学习成绩相当不错，650的满分，能考六百一二出头，所以针对这个孩子这么和家长沟通，建议家长报民大附中的考试，考上民大附中，就是将来在北京上大学时候没有户籍限制，所以会针对孩子做补习一些民大附中的题，这样也做不会造成孩子流失。</span></span></p><p style="clear: both;
